Bell Ringing at St Milburga's Church, Stoke Saint Milborough

WELCOME

Picture
The Church of St Milburga's in Stoke St Milborough has a tower of eight bells and functions as a teaching centre within the Church Stretton District.

We have an active group of ringers of all levels of ability. Some have been ringing for over 50 years; others have been ringing for a matter of weeks. What we all have in common is a willingness to support each other in our efforts to improve our own ringing and to help all new learners feel welcomed and valued as members of the tower.

Our regular practice night runs from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Tuesdays. This is usually preceded by a half-hour session for beginners from 7:00pm to 7:30pm.

Absolute beginners are also invited to participate in one-to-one and small group sessions run by Henry Lewis at other points during the week by mutual agreement.
